Nothing is changed after review.

A published version is immutable: changed bytes are a different release with its own checksum. Older archives stay downloadable at the URL they were published at.

Two ways to install.

Open Plugins ▸ Manage Plugins… ▸ Get Plugins… for a checksum-verified install from the catalog. Or download the ZIP, choose Plugins ▸ Install Plugin…, and pick the .linelarkplugin.zip. Either way, Linelark validates its archive structure and manifest.
